The Los Angeles office Epstein Becker & Green seeks a traditional labor attorney to work at the level of a first through third year associate to join its growing national management-side Employment, Labor and Workforce Management practice. This position requires 1 – 3 years’ experience with traditional labor issues including, but not limited to, the National Labor Relations Act, NLRB administrative and enforcement proceedings, handling of ULPs, labor arbitration, union campaigns and negotiations of collective bargaining agreements.
Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Admission to practice law in California is mandatory.
